How To Lose Weight?

trying to figure out some kind of diet plan want to loose weight as fast as one can. I have high blood pressure; sugar readings on the high side;. told to cut back on crackers & starches; sugars; salt; soda; red meats. I hardly ever eat pasta I don t drink any sodas,(Pop) no sweet drinks I hardly touch sugars except what is in natural fresh fruits & vegtables ; don t drink; or smoke.. I have not done any canned food for a very long time Never cook with salt & don t add it to anything.. I have been eating a lot of fresh fruit & vegtables... not loosing anything My main drinks are coffee. green tea and water Help........I am at a loss :-(

Best thing to lose weight - not sure how active you are, but fasting cardio in the morning can help quite a bit. When you get up in the morning, do about 20-30 minutes of cardio to target your heart rate around 130-140 (please make sure you are healthy enough for exercise. After exercise, I would consume a meal high in protein and low in carbohydrates. I would try to keep your carbs below 100 grams per day and limit your sodium intake to less than 2 grams per day. Weight lifting in the afternoon will also help you to increase your basal metabolic rate. Make sure you drink plenty of water, and you should see some good results wit h this.
