How To Lose Weight?

I ruptured my ACL and never had surgery and gained 60 lbs and want to know how can I lose this gut even though I still have been working out and watching my diet. I have to watch my knee but it didn t stop me from a great workout. the weight is more in my abs and thighs and nothing is working a year later. Please I don t want to be 200lbs. I go to the gym everyday and exercise at work on my breaks and lunches and switch up routine. What else can I do? My doctor saw I gained 20 lbs in the first month after I ruptured my ACL and it took me 2 months to get ahold of adjustments but I have been going for 3 hours a day to gym besides at work.

Hello!
How long have you been following this routine? Take time to time. Look after your diet too. You need to eat regularly in moderate amounts. Include more protein in your eating susch as fish, chicken, egg, white egg, cheese, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, more fruits and vegetables and less carnbohydrates such as pasta, white bread and rice, cookies.
Exercise. Do weight training because it build up muscle and the more muscle you have the more calorie you will burn. Your body needs time to switch up its metabolic rate again.
Best regards.
