How To Keep My BP Down. I Quit Smoking.

Whats the best thing to do to keep my blood pressure down until I see my doctor , which will be Tuesday ? I quit smoking in October I don t use added salt. I take herbal diuretics but I feel tired stressed. I think Advair for my asthma is raising my pressure is that possible .

most asthma meds will raise blood pressure. it's sometimes quite the trick to balance the need for those meds and keeping your bp under control. Try adding potassium rich foods to your diet, get rid of the herbal diuretics. Drink at least two liters of water a day.
