200 over 115 is a dangerously high BP. You need to monitor it carefully and get to an Emergency room where his Blood Pressure should be lowered with drugs. It is dangerous to wait one or two weeks with such an abnormally high blood pressure. Symptoms of high BP include headache and ringing sensation in the ear.
