How To Interpret The X-ray Report?

Hi can you please explain to me what is the meaning of my husband’s xray result yesterday. His doctor already declared that his TB is already treated. But Im still worried. Here is the result as written: There are no now apparent significant changes in the hazy infiltrates in the upper lobe previously ascribed to PTB No new infiltrates are again seen Heart is not enlarged Aorta is unremarkable
