How To Interpret The Results Of Ultrasound Scan?
I did a scan the result stated that Noted within the uterine body is an hypoechoic density; posterior intramural myoma measuring 42mmx40mm in size. Can these cause my infertility of 7 years? My husband sperm count is 160million. What is the solution.

An ultrasound shows present of benign muscle tumour called intra-mural leiomyoma measuring 4 cm.
This may interfere with implantation of a fertilized ovum in the uterine wall.
I suggest you consult your gynaecologist for clinical assessment and management.
