How To Interpret Chest X-ray Results?

i m suffering from left shoulder pain but some time i feel not good in breathing so i dicede to do chest x-ray (pa). my chest x-ray shows two lines .....1.there are prominent vascularity in both lower region noted 2.both hilar region are promninent and congested noted 3. normal........ 4.normal.......... 5.normal........other lines are also normal i just want to take advise in above 1 and 2 line

Decongestant like Phenylephrine and antibitoic course can be prescribed for 7 days.
