How To Improve The Chances Of Pregnancy?

I am 34 years old and my husband and I are trying to have a baby. I have had 1 miscarriage and on tubal pregnancy about 4 years ago. We are tryign to have a baby on our own before we turn to Fertility (invitro) what is your advise in getting pregnant quick? I do have issues with my tube due to the tubal what are my chanes I can even get pregnant? Is it possible to have a period and still be pregnant?

I don't know the reason why you think IVF not an option
If you have normal ovulation and your husband is having norma semen analysis as of now don't think that it is not your own pregnancy
But sorry to say that it can be someone else's in another 2 or 3 years if you are not yielding now, leaving behind a menopausal ovary n semen with abnormal sperms
Go for IVF if you can afford
Thr are centers wr only IVF is done, rest of the treatment in a place you decide
