General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Drugs like cognition enhancers are available which can increase blood flow and are used in stroke patients. Physiotherapy improves recovery of function and mobility after stroke. A minimum of 45 minutes of physiotherapy five days a week as part of a seven day specialist stroke rehabilitation service is required. High intensity therapy is needed to relearn lost abilities.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
