hi. Please I had sex with my girlfriend on 10/21/16. She just informed me tha she might be pregnant as she did not see her her period hat she was expecting on 10/28/16. Is it possible to get pregnant if we had sex one week before her menses? Please help. Thanks

It is possible to conceive with sexual intercourse a week before periods.
A pregnancy test would be needed to determine if she has conceived.
Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone and this is detectable by day 11 to 14 after conception.
Since this time frame has passed, she can do a test and should get an accurate result.
