Now best way to get rid off from this confusion is do urine pregnancy test and see. if it is positive than you are pregnant and if it is negative than it is delayed menses. mostly due to stress of exam and also some of pregnancy.
Cramps may be signs of your period is coming. so wait for some days if test is negative. periods can start normally. and if it does not come than repeat the test again and if negative than consult nearby you may have to take oral progesterone like tablets for periods to come.
Do drink water.
and have safe sex.
