How To Heal Hamstring Injury?

I pulled my hamstring, last tuesday playing softball, really sucks, never happened before.....my next game is next thursday and I WANT TO PLAY. What can I do to get better .......I have iced, elavated,and wrapped....help.it is better, but still tight and a little throbbing too.........

sorry about your hamstring injury
i would recommend you to take rest and anti inflammatory medication
Lower grade strains can easily become worse if the hamstring is not rested properly. Grade one hamstrings should be rested from sporting activity for approximately 3 weeks
