Hi,

It's important to take these symptoms seriously and seek medical attention as soon as possible. These symptoms could be a sign of a serious underlying medical condition, such as a neurological disorder or an infection, that requires prompt medical attention.

I recommend that you schedule an appointment with your husband's primary care doctor or a neurologist. They can perform a thorough evaluation, including a physical exam, neurological tests, and imaging studies if necessary, to determine the cause of his symptoms. Treatment options will depend on the underlying condition, but early intervention can help improve outcomes.

In the meantime, you can also take steps to ensure your husband's safety and well-being. This may include monitoring him closely, avoiding activities that could be dangerous if he is confused or disoriented, and providing him with emotional support during this challenging time.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
