Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of tongue coating after eating dairy product. Well the symptoms you mention in query are probably due to a fungal infection known as oral thrush . It is also called oral candidiasis because it is caused by a group of yeasts called Candida. It could be due to poor oral hygiene. Need not to worry. For now maintain proper oral hygiene , keep yourself hydrated and avoid hot and spicy food. You should do gargles with antibacterial mouth wash. I would suggest you to consult oral pathologist for proper examination and start treatment after complete examination. Doctor may prescribe antifungal medicine ( fluconazole ) oral or topical.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
