How To Get Rid Of The Spots On My Bum Cheeks?
Hi Dr. I have two spots on my bum cheeks. They are swollen and red and painful. I have applied Trigentax topical cream. Is this any good or should I do something else. I do not know from where I got these except I was lying on perhaps dirty bedsheets. Please advise. Many thanks and best regards, JB

The symptoms seem to be related to a foruncle which are a an infection of the hair follicles.
I suggest to clean the area with hydrogen peroxide and cover it with an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin cream.
