How To Get Rid Of The Pain In Ribs?
my rib still hurts after 2 and 1/2 months had a nuclear scan that said there was alot of cumlation in the 9th and 11th rib but i didnt have any trama to my ribs had a cold 3 weeks prior but thats all. had a contrast ct of them also did show any thing on it so did the bone scan

Generally, a musculoskeletal chest pain takes time to heal completely. But what you can do is speed up the healing process.
I will suggest you take breathing exercises regularly and take aceclofenac PCM composition when the pain becomes too much.
