I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to lymph node swelling some time it may be nonspecific, some analgesic can be tried, some time it could be due to neck muscular spasm, in my opinion better to try, "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" three times in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
