How To Get Rid Of Headache, Dizziness And Painful White Spots On Tongue?
Hi I have had constant headaches in the left side of my brain for 4 days straight and I keep getting dizzy spells in the same spot. I have white spots on the back of my tongue and I am finding it extremely painful to swallow and have a great deal of pain in my left ear when I swallow. Been this way for 4 days and I can't bare the pain. Ibuprofen are not helping and the only time swallowing doesn't hurt it when I'm drinking water. Can you help?
As per your complain the symptoms of earache, difficulty in swallowing , raised white bumps on tongue and dizziness can be due to infection in ear and it seems to be causing infection in throat due to communication between the ear and throat via eustachian tube.. You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and in case of infection in ear he can advise you to take antibiotics oral and ear drops along with painkillers.. As of now you can take Ibuprofen or Tramadol to relieve pain and do warm saline gargles for reducing inflammation on tongue..
Hope this helps..
Regards.
