General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

He will require rest for a longer duration of time and you should speak to his doctor at the earliest to write him a prescription for strict rest of the arm. Gradual physiotherapy can be started, and only once the therapist thinks he is fit enough to report to duty shall he be allowed. This is a pure case of negligence on behalf of his senior officer and your doctor as well who should have written a strict letter to the administration to allow him to rest.

Best wishes.
