Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM. I appreciate your concern about acne scars. Acne scars are pretty challenging to treat and treatment comes with variable results. I would suggest you should consult a dermatologist, who would examine the severity and type of scarring and thus plan out the treatment protocol. I would suggest you to go for laser therapy (Fractional Co2 laser, Non-ablative RF etc) as it has the best results of all other treatment modalities. Moreover, if additionally treated with dermaroller or chemical peeling, pretty appreciable results can be achieved. Melanorm HC is not indicated for acne scars and i insist to kindly avoid its use.
