How To Get Pregnant With Period After Unprotected Intercourse?

I have been having unprotected sex but i see my period every month but since lately my belly started bloating and is full even when I don t eat and I when i lye down I press against my stomach and feel a heartbeat. I even experienced chest pain.i even took 6pregnancy test and all were negative could i be pregnant

it is only fertilization of sperm with egg which can resultinpregnancyit can not be gaurented it is a chance. can both of you mandatory investigation ment for primary sterility. if still there is problem then consult fertility clinic for consideration of artificial insemination in vivo or vitro.
