How To Get Medical Abortion In Bangladesh With Pills?

Hi I am sjnk,th from Dhaka, bangladesh .She did not have the menstruation for this month. Then she has checked by the strip.It is positive.But we dont want to keep. Is there any pills in bangladesh to abortion without any side effect!!!Please let me know. I am in tense. One of my friend told me to take isovent 200 mg.Please give me advice.

I will suggest you to follow the rules of the land where you are staying about medical abortion.

You can take MTP pills for medical abortion, under medical supervision.
In this regimen, I usually suggest my patients to take Tab. MIFEPRISTONE 200 mg orally followed by Tab MISOPROSTOL 600 mcg orally or vaginally after 48 hours. Bleeding and abortion process starts within 60 to 90 minutes after these tablets.

A course of Cap DOXYPAL 100 mg 2 times a day for 5 days will be of help after bleeding. You can confirm completion of the procedure by USG after 15 days.

Please observe safe and protected sex act in the future . Proper sex counselling and proper use of a suitable contraceptive will be of help.
