How To Gain Weight After Voluntary Weight Loss?

I have intentionally lost weight through diet and exercise. I ve lost a total of 35 lbs in 4 months. I am now too thin but very healthy. I d like to gain back about 15 lbs in a healthy way. I know that skipping meals is bad but quite frankly I m not hungry during the day and since I usually very busy, I don t even think about eating. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and drink a protein smoothie afterwards then have a healthy meal. What should I do?

I understand your concern.
It is advisable to gain weight gradually and by natural means.
You can start consuming moderate carbohydrate, moderate fat and high protein diet. Include calorigenic fruits like apple, sapota and banana in your diet to be consumed everyday at bedtime along with a glass of milk.
You can also consume dry fruits and need to keep yourself well hydrated by good amount of fluid intake.
Continue to do moderate exercise as it will help you to keep a check on your weight.
Gradually, you should achieve your target.
