Height gain in possible only till puberty. In girls after your menarche the average height gain is around 6 cm. This is because due to sex hormone your long bones will fuse and further height gain is not possible.
For irregular cycles you need to consult a gynaecologist or Endocrinologist and do a hormonal evaluation. If i were your treating doctor I would have done the following tests: Thyroid function tests, prolactin, LH, FSH, testosterone, Blood glucose, HbA1C, Cholesterol and Ultrasound abdomen.
Lifestyle modifications (diet and exercise) can bring down your weight and regularize your cycles. Medications like metformin may help if you have PCOS
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
With warm regards, Dr Ajish TP (MD,DM) Consultant Endocrinologist.
