Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your situation could be related to depression. Anyway, before coming to this conclusion, I would recommend checking vitamin D and thyroid hormone levels, in order to exclude a possible metabolic disorder, which could mimic this clinical situation. If the above tests result normal, I would recommend consulting with a psychologist. Performing regular physical activity can help improve your situation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
