How To Exercise Despite Having Deep Vein Thrombosis?

I have a DVT in my lower calf and I am having clexane injections and warfarin tablets from today. I am 72 years of age and had a complete knee op on the 10th February. I play golf and also exercise for half hour on an exercise bike. My question is how much should I be doing while having the DVT? Many thanks Catherine M

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
It is strongly reccomended that patient with dvt keep physical activities as rehabilitation and to predict another dvt
You should avoid big physical stress
Best regards
