i would like to give you a few tips which are known to be effective you can try them out.
-use and engage senses when studying.
note down the important points,highlight them ,read them out loud twice or thrice and go over them twice.here you are using your touch,vision and hearing ,so those memories get imprinted a lot faster and effectively
-next step is to revise and revise so that this information gets from your short term memory to your long term memory
revise the above content after half an hour, then after 6 hours and then just before you sleep,then after 3 days,then over the weekend and then the end of the month.
Repeated spaced revision will make memories long term
-practise
meditation,listen to mild music,have plenty of water,and nutrient rich healthy food,and can also try multivitamin-mineral tablet enriched with
gingko biloba (once daily)which is known to be effective in improving memory
