How To Determine Panic Attack?
hello my question is how to determine if im having a panic attack or is it my heart. i shot a suboxone strip and i was fine but later on it feels like my heart is utrying to fail and cease to beat like its weak. but when i check my pulse its fine. please help

Panic attacks will lead to an increase in the heart beat or tachycardia. If you feel like you are having a panic attack you can also additionally get your BP checked at that point. If its fine, then there is nothing to worry about. Prophylactically you can get an ECG test done to rule out any serious cardiac ailment.
