Hallow Dear,

With history of unprotected sexual relations after removal of implant, there is a good chance of pregnancy. Moreover, you have missed your period, have tender breasts and frequency of urination. These all symptoms are suggesting the possibility of pregnancy.

However, early pregnancy is not diagnosed only by the symptoms. It needs confirmation. So you have following options:

1. Perform pregnancy test on urine any time after a week of missing the period; earlier the test may report false negative.

2. Alternatively, you may opt for Beta hCG test on blood. Values more than 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy while in non-pregnant state, the values are less than 5 mIU/ml.

If the test(s) reveal that you are not pregnant, you may take some progestational preparation like Deviry for 5 days after which you will get withdrawal bleeding within 4-7 days.

I hope this clarifies your doubts.
