How To Cure Ulcers?

hi, i had loose bowel movements around 22nd October, then i consulted a doctor who gave me some medicine to cure that. i got well on 27th October but my hunger disappeared and suddenly after 2 days while having dinner i vomited. again i consulted a doctor, she gave me medicine to carve my hunger which worked but now i don't have any bowel movements since last 4 days. again went to same doctor, she asked me to get ultrasound done, after seeing report she has now advised me to get operated stating the reason as i might have ulcers. PLZ HELP

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Consume soft , light diet with avoiding oily , spicy , non veg .
- Proton pump inhibitors to be taken morning and evening before meals
with sips of water .

- Antacid syrups also work well .
- Upper GI endoscopy with evaluation of H. Pylori as a causative factor
has to be discussed with your doctor .
- Need of surgery has to be evaluated with the scanned copy of the
report .
