How To Cure The Throat That Has Pain When Swallowing?

when i take deep breath my rightmost part of my neck which is attached to shoulder pains and sometime while sitting my rightmost part of shoulder and chest pains accompanying a feeling that i have swallowed something which a have nt chewed and is passed through my throat

It seems from the history that you are having throat pain while swallowing associated with pain in the shoulder and chest. Throat pain is usually because of inflammation of throat in the form of sore throat.
The treatment is by using antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Salt water gargling will help in quick relief from symptoms.
