How To Cure Pelvic Pain Caused From A Fall And Twisting Knee?

Hello my name is cherie i had a fall back in august landed on my knee and twisted when falling ,i had knee checked had mri done dr. says nothing but i do go to physical therapy for twice a week for six weeks , in first session found out my pain was from pelvic????area from fall and siatica iam doing my therapy but the third session i tried telling the therapist i felt uncomfortable and it felt as if my tail bone was rubbing the table and it hurt but we continued the session by the time i got home i was in p0ain and not only was it in my left side it is in both sides of my hips and im having hard time holding myself up without pain grrrrr. its been a long time of pain and why wont the pain go away and moving from one to another area and adding more areas to me ?

it appears to be inlumbosacral spine. take MRI of lumbosacral spine and with report consult or tho and neurosurgeon.use hard bed and warm phomantation of back. take tab neufenac p twice daily. continue physiotherapy.
