Hi,
Apart from using nutritional supplements, healthy food, plenty of liquids, you should also do postural exercises and take sufficient rest. When you take care of the baby, you are prone to adopt odd postures and this could aggravate the pain. You may use local analgesic gels and sprays for relief. You may also have a belt for back support for sometime. Doing mild exercises to tone up the muscles also helps. You can also use vitamin E supplements for pain relief. Hope this helps.
