How To Cure Excessive Menstrual Bleeding ?

Hi doctor, my mother has been suffering from excessive menstrual bleeding which just dont seem to stop. We use deviry 10 mg regularly n trenaxa mf (2ice a day) to stop the bleeding after 3 days of it having begun. But its been around 2-3 yrs wid this process and nothing seems to improve. How long will we have to wait. Is their any way fr it to end and else shud we go for the uterus removal surgery? Pls reply.

Hello,

Excessive bleeding for 2-3 years needs further evaluation.
Ultrasound abdomen, D and C are recommended at this point to rule out any underlying pathology. So please follow up with ObGyn.
