Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that her blood pressure values could be related to primary or genetic arterial hypertension.

Anyway, I would recommend performing some blood lab tests:
-thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- kidney and liver function tests
- cortisol and aldosterone plasma levels for adrenal gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes
- an angio CT scan of the renal arteries
- urinary metanephrines for pheochromocytoma.

I recommend discussing with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
Cardiologist
