Hello, Welcome to HCM, The pimples can occur on the shaft of the penis, because of the obstruction of the duct. As the skin of the penis is very sensitive and soft maintaining good hygiene is enough than applying any creams. One sexually transmitted infection is sometimes mistaken for pimples is herpes. Herpes causes lesions on the shaft of the penis and lesions are usually quite painful and have a burning sensation associated with them. This require physical examination to confirm the diagnosis and then we can proceed with the treatment. Thank you.
