How To Cure A Large Blister Under The Eye Spreading Into The Cheek?

My husband has a large blister type place under his eye and spread onto his cheek, it now seems to spreading to the other side. His eye is drooping. He said it itches but he hasn t been in any poison ivy/oak. He was in an very hot area most of the day and the raised place started that afternoon.

It seems from the history that you are having a large blister of the eyelid spreading to the cheek.
This indicates infective condition of the eyelids like lid abscess.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.
Since the infection is spreading systemic antibiotics in the form of injections are required.
