How To Cure Pan Gastritis?
my name is Bijay Sethi Age 30 year.i am suffering from PAN GASTRITIS the doctor suggest Tab- Pantocid HP 1kit /day cap wymox 250mg 2time , Tab kinpride sr.i take medicine but after 5 days i am very ill BP 150/110 & breathing problem created.overall i stopped all medicine. please doctor do me suggest .

Noted the history related to your age of 30 and having been diagnosed as pan gastritis and prescribed Pantocid HP kit. But you developed illness, BP is 150/110 with breathing problems/
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Since there is gastritis you have to have some medicines.
You may take Ranitidine and antacid
Change of diet to soft and bland one.
No stress and/or anxiety.
Take second opinion of another Gastroenterologist if required.
