How To Correct Dysphasia In A Septuagenarian?

I am heterozygous for 5 CBS snips, 6 MTHFR snips, 4 NOS snips, and homozygous for MTHFS, TCN2 and MTHFD1 and COMT rs6269. I work as a natural health practitioner. I do tend to have a problem with dysphasia when I am tired. My urine smells a bit strong, but I eat a lot of sulfur containing foods which I like and don t seem to bother me.. I play table tennis as well and seem to play better with dark chocolate and coffee as well as ginger root. Any ideas on what I should do to improve my speech? By the way, my mother became demented in her 50s. I am 78. I have i gene forC 677 and 1 for A1298.
