How To Control Weight Gain While On Medication For Pimples?
HI Doctor, From last 3-4 months i am taking medicines for my pimples as it was a very bad case,my doc advised me medicines which are Isotroin,mentat,Niacin,Rabekind and betnesol. My doc said.its a teenage pimples because its hereditary. But because of these medicines , my weight is increasing in 4 months ,it has increase 4-5kgs. Please suggest me what should i do?

Make carbohydrate intake in your diet very low, reduce cereals, avoid sugar completely, limit oils, avoid fried , fatty foods. completely avoid fat foods. exercise atleast 30 minutes daily . ask your doctor to avoid oral steroids if he has prescribed.
