General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since she is again vomiting you can give her anti emetics orally. It should stop if not, visit ER she may need injections & intravenous fluid support urgently. In the meantime, keep her well hydrated with Electrol & ORS. If she feels better give her bland food like toast, potatoes, oats, porridge & custard. You can get her clinically examined & liver function tests done to rule out any Liver dysfunction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
