What is the best way to control pain from spinal stinosis? I also have generalized pain from osteo-arthritus and have had both shoulders replaced. I am 62 years old and have been treated with morphine sulphate slow release with some good results., and have had injections with no results. I also exercise with weight bearing equipment and
cardio.
