How To Control Pain And Swelling In Wrist, Hand And Fingers?

my husband is experiencing a lot of pain in his left wrist with swelling in his hand and fingers. I think he injured his wrist a long time ago, could it be arthritis and calcium deposits and what is the best way to control the pain and reduce the swelling? He is age 63 and a farmer.

Pain can be relieved by pain killers like tablet Nuberol forte (paracetamol + orphenadrine). But it is strongly recommended by me that your husband must get an x-ray done and meet an orthopedic surgeon.
