How To Control High BP?

Hi bearing in mind I haven t drank and alcohol so far this week and I haven t been eating and fast foods and currently on antibiotics for a cold the doctor checked me over and said that my arteries seemed to have narrowed with the infection my blood pressure is 152/107 this is whilst ime full of cold but checked it before a few wks ago and it s still high. Ime back at the docs Monday to have a bp machine fitted for 24 hours

As your bp is higher than normal then you should consult your family physician.
Avoid spicy, salty diet. Take fruits n vegetables. Do rrgular exercises and do walking.
Avoid alcohol and smoking if doing.
Consult your family physician after these measures if blood pressure dont come within normal limit and start medicines.
