How To Confirm Pregnancy Using Home Pregnancy Test?

hi i have a question, i took a home pregnancy test two days ago at around 4 am, within 1 minute it only had 1 line so upset i shoved it back in the box, at about 5 pm that after noon i took it back out to look at it in disappointment, but found it had a faint second line, am i pregnant? i dont know if it came up within 10 minutes, because i didn't even keep it out for 3 minutes, please help

Hi,
You can repeat the test again with a fresh kit and a fresh early morning sample of urine provided you are at least 3-7 days post your missed period. Please read the test after three minutes and again after ten minutes. If you do not see any positive evidence by then, you can consider the test to be negative for pregnancy. If you still suspect pregnancy, you can go for the assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. A trans-vaginal sonogram one week after the missed period clarifies everything. Hope this helps.
