General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and understand your concern. Since your XRays and other tests have come clear most likely you are suffering from soft tissue injury. It will take time to completely heal but to speed up the healing process you can take Tab Chymoral forte daily. You can discuss this with your physician. Also do light stretching exercises and application of cold compress twice daily will also relieve the pain. Meanwhile you can also take over the counter painkiller like advil to relieve the pain. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
