How Can Severe Pain In The Joints Be Treated?

I have chronic pain from assult and rbbery in 1994 and now severe psoriatic arthrits with munipulated joints. i am tired of physicians who have a GOD complex. i am 59 years old and have benn through 4 chronic pain physicians. I need a DOCTER who cares about my chronic pain. I do not want symphany I want a doctor who is professional.

I have gone through your query. If you upload your knee x rays then it will be more helpful. You can apply diclofenac patches for pain relief. I would also suggest a combination of weak opiod tramadol and paracetamol to take regularly for pain relief.
