How Should Viral Myocarditis And Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated Further?

actually i was admitted to columbia hospital due to joints pain and fever with chills. i was admitted in icu for 1 month and dr diagnosed as viral myocarditis and i have rheumatoid arthritis too. now i'm in my native place nepal. due to the cold weather i'm still having the same problem and i cannot visit my dr rheumatologist in the present situation. can you please help what should i do right now. i will visit dr after 25november

if you have RA you need to be on medication for that and if you need to take somethng for emergency then only option is to take tab wysolone about 10 mg per day, for the pain .
however this cannot be continued for very long, you will need to consult your doctor.
