How Should Lung Cysts With Coughing Be Treated?

my father is a regular smoker for more than 40 years and now his age is about 65, he had been coughing for the past few weeks now, when we did a executive check up and scan, it is diagonosed that cysts has been formed in his lungs, i dont know what to do now, can u help me

Dear before discussing about the treatment we have to know basic information or at least chest xray or CT chest report. Many causes for cysts in the lungs example :hydatid cyst, honey coombing,
Cystic bronchetasis, pneumocystis pneumonia, Staphylococcus infection, Langerhans'cell histiocytosis, sjogrens, etc..
