i am thing people. i want to look like a healthy people .i am 5fit ,9inch but my weight only 48kg . i think that weak people liver not work as strong people so i decide to take udilive .if you give me any suggestion to improve to this problem . evry people say me thing people. my age 25 year

If you are only 48kg and 5'9 it sounds like you are underweight. I'd recommend increasing your caloric intake. You probably need to consume at least 2500 calories per day, and this will help you gain weight. Lifting weights may also help to increase your muscle mass, which will also help to increase weight. Protein supplements such as Ensure or muscle milk will also help to increase both caloric intake and muscle mass.
